RRC North Western Railway ने Act Apprentice Engagement 2026-27 के लिए Notice No. 04/2026 जारी किया है। Notification की date 30 September 2026 है और detailed notification RRC website पर 1 October 2026 को प्रकाशित किया गया। Application window 7 October 2026 से 6 November 2026 तक रहेगी।

Candidates को last date का इंतजार न करने की सलाह notification में भी दी गई है, क्योंकि last days में website load के कारण application submit करने में परेशानी हो सकती है।

Vacancy Details — Unit-Wise

इस recruitment में कुल 2,008 Apprentice training slots हैं। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि vacancies केवल एक location पर नहीं हैं। Candidates को Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur और Jodhpur की अलग-अलग divisions/workshops में से अपनी eligible ITI trade के हिसाब से unit चुननी होगी।

Official notification की unit-wise tables में Ajmer 500, Bikaner 524, Jaipur 580 और Jodhpur 134 slots दिए गए हैं। B.T.C. Carriage Ajmer में 101, B.T.C. Loco Ajmer में 69, Carriage Workshop Bikaner में 33 और Carriage Workshop Jodhpur में 67 slots हैं।

Major Trades

Notification में अलग-अलग units के लिए कई trades शामिल हैं:

Trade availability unit-wise अलग है, इसलिए candidate को अपनी ITI trade के सामने available slot देखकर ही unit select करना चाहिए।

Eligibility

इस recruitment की eligibility को simple तरीके से समझें — Educational Qualification:

सिर्फ 10th pass candidate eligible नहीं है। आपके पास broadly 10th + Minimum 50% + Relevant ITI Trade होना चाहिए और ITI trade उस particular unit में notified होनी चाहिए।

Age Limit

RRC NWR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 के लिए candidate ने 15 years की age complete कर ली हो और 24 years complete नहीं की हो, दोनों conditions 06 November 2026 को लागू होंगी।

SC/ST के लिए 5 years और OBC के लिए 3 years upper-age relaxation दी गई है। PwBD candidates के लिए 10 years relaxation का provision है।

Salary / Stipend

यहां candidates को सबसे ज्यादा confusion होता है। RRC NWR Apprentice को regular Railway employee वाली salary/pay scale नहीं मिलती। यह Apprentices Act, 1961 के तहत training engagement है। Notification के अनुसार training period और stipend Railway Board द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी applicable rules/directives के अनुसार होगा।

इसलिए article में कोई unsupported fixed figure जैसे ₹25,000 salary या ₹35,000 Railway salary नहीं लिखा जा सकता।

Selection Process — Merit Formula

यह recruitment सामान्य Railway CBT recruitment से अलग है। Written Exam नहीं है — Selection merit list के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

10th Percentage कैसे Calculate होगा?

Notification के अनुसार Matriculation में सभी subjects के marks लिए जाएंगे। केवल किसी एक subject या subjects के group के marks से percentage नहीं निकाला जाएगा।

ITI Marks

ITI percentage के लिए provisional/final certificate में mentioned marks consider किए जाएंगे।

Tie होने पर क्या होगा?

अगर दो candidates के merit marks समान हैं: 1. Older candidate को preference मिलेगी। 2. अगर DOB भी same है, तो जिसने Matriculation पहले pass किया है उसे preference मिलेगी।

Final Merit कैसे बनेगी?

Final merit list Division/Unit-wise + Trade-wise + Community-wise बनाई जाएगी और available slots के अनुसार descending merit में candidates को लिया जाएगा। इसके बाद original documents verification और medical requirements पूरी करनी होंगी।

Application Process

Application केवल online mode में RRC Jaipur की website से करनी है।

3. Detailed notification पढ़ें

4. अपनी ITI trade के available slots check करें

5. केवल एक Unit choose करें

6. Personal और educational details भरें

7. Aadhaar details carefully enter करें

8. Photograph और signature upload करें

9. Application preview करें

10. Applicable fee pay करें

11. Final submit करें

12. Application form और e-receipt सुरक्षित रखें

Notification के अनुसार registration के दौरान candidate को registration number मिलेगा, जिसे आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए सुरक्षित रखना चाहिए।

Application Fee

₹100 application fee non-refundable है। SC/ST, PwBD और Women candidates के लिए fee Nil है। Payment online payment gateway के माध्यम से होगा। Payment complete होने के बाद application process को properly complete करके application form download करना जरूरी है।

• Valid ID, जहां applicable हो

• OBC Certificate + Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

• Ex-Servicemen related documents, if applicable

Notification के अनुसार OBC candidates को Central Government format का caste certificate और 01 April 2026 या उसके बाद issued Non-Creamy Layer certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

Who Should Apply?

• 10th + ITI Candidates — अगर आपने 10th में minimum 50% marks और relevant ITI trade complete की है, तो eligibility check करें
• Fresh ITI Pass Candidates — हाल ही में ITI complete करने वाले candidates के लिए apprenticeship practical training का useful opportunity
• Technical Trade Candidates — Electrician, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Welder, COPA, Electronics Mechanic आदि notified trades वाले candidates
• Railway Workshop Training में Interest रखने वाले — designated workshops/units में practical exposure

Important Things Candidates Should Verify

1. केवल 2,008 देखकर Apply न करें

   आपके लिए relevant vacancy आपकी trade + selected unit + category पर depend करेगी।

2. सिर्फ एक Unit चुन सकते हैं

   Notification में साफ है कि candidate को only one Unit choose करना है।

3. Trade और Unit पहले Match करें

   जिस unit में आपकी ITI trade के लिए training slot नहीं है, उसे select करने पर application meaningful नहीं रहेगा।

4. Multiple Applications न करें

   Different details, email/mobile या qualification information के साथ multiple applications करने पर applications reject हो सकती हैं।

5. Name और DOB बिल्कुल Match करें

   Name, Father’s Name और Date of Birth को Matriculation certificate के exactly according भरना है। Mismatch मिलने पर candidature cancel हो सकती है।

6. Aadhaar Ready रखें

   Registration में 12-digit Aadhaar number भरना है और DV के समय original Aadhaar/document produce करना होगा।

7. Final Submit के बाद Edit नहीं

   Fee payment से पहले details carefully verify करें, क्योंकि payment के बाद change/edit की सुविधा नहीं होगी।

8. Apprenticeship को Permanent Job न समझें

   Training complete करने के बाद Railway में automatic absorption का कोई right नहीं है।

Preparation Guide 2026

इस recruitment में CBT या written examination नहीं है, इसलिए traditional “exam preparation” की जरूरत नहीं है। आपकी preparation का लक्ष्य होना चाहिए: High Merit + Correct Application + Proper Documents + Medical Fitness।

1. Step 1: अपना Merit Score निकालें

   Formula: Merit % = (10th % + ITI %) ÷ 2। उदाहरण: 10th = 75%, ITI = 85% → (75+85)÷2 = 80%।

2. Step 2: अपनी Trade की Vacancy देखिए

   मान लीजिए आपकी ITI Fitter में है — आपको देखना है Fitter → कौन-कौन से Units → कितनी seats → आपकी category।

3. Step 3: Unit Selection में जल्दबाजी न करें

   एक ही Unit चुन सकते हैं और final submission के बाद Unit/Division/Trade change request स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

4. Step 4: Documents की एक Checklist बनाएं

   10th + ITI + Aadhaar + Category Certificate + Photo + Signature, और applicable OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman certificates भी ready रखें।

5. Step 5: Marks को दो बार Check करें

   10th percentage में सभी subjects का calculation करना है, इसलिए केवल best subjects का percentage लेकर form न भरें।

Selection में Better Chance के लिए Practical Tips

• अपनी Merit पहले Calculate करें
• High-Vacancy Unit देखें, लेकिन अपनी trade-specific vacancy के अनुसार
• सही Category Apply करें — prescribed certificate जरूरी है
• OBC Certificate Date Check करें — specific NCL certificate date requirement
• Photograph Last Minute में न बनाएं
• Form Submit करने के बाद PDF Save करें
• Agents से सावधान रहें — RRC NWR ने किसी agent/coaching centre को authorize नहीं किया है
